Eurocase agrees to repair and, if necessary, to replace their products for the same model or, in case of discontinuity, a similar or upgraded version of them within the product's warranty period.
1- The LIMITED WARRANTY period is one (1) year, non cumulative from the date of the original purchase.
2- The original and legible receipt is required for a warranty service request.
3- If the product is listed with a serial number on the receipt, it must be in readable condition.
4- The LIMITED WARRANTY is a Technical Service. The response time of the warranty will be a maximum of 7 days, from the moment the product was left by the customer in Technical Service agency. In case that the product cannot be repaired and the request is received within the first three months of purchase, it will be replaced with the same product or with a product with similar function and capacity. For repairable products, the deadline for the service to be executed is extended up to one month from the technical diagnosis. When the corresponding stock is not available, the technical service will be provided within the next three months.
5- The LIMITED WARRANTY only covers manufacturing defects.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by the user such as misuse or abuse of the product.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover damages to the product resulting from improper maintenance or lack of maintenance.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover damage by electrical installations outside standards,failures caused by voltage surges or power swings.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damages caused by natural wear out or induced by the Customer.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters or overpowering force.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover damages caused by the use of non-original accessories and/or the use of commercial or industrial usual applications.
- Limited Warranty expires immediately if the product has been altered either in Hardware and/or Software by persons or companies not authorized by the seller.
- Limited Warranty expires immediately if the product serial number cannot be identified properly, in applicable products.
- The Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by use in extreme conditions such as very high and very low temperatures, high humidity, moist environments and prolonged exposure of the product to direct sunlight or any variety of rain.
- The Manufacturer, Importer or Dealer assumes no responsibility for information or data loss caused by Hardware or Software failure. The user is responsible for making timely backups of important data.
